I live in the USA. I just finished reading an amazing article about some of the changes we are experiencing already. Our winter is already predicted to have erratic weather, some warm and some cold and we must adjust to certain plants and trees that are used to have their growth period when the tem. is very cold. Well, the article is long and I could email you a copy from the newspaper but I will need to know where to send it. This articla has to do with the changes all over the world, not just here. I don’t agree with you being a member of the labour party, I think that you would be far more successful in achieving your worthwhile aims, in the liberal party. I truly respect your opinions although I can’t alway’s agree with you on some issues, especially in relation to nuclear technology, which won’t fill our lungs with soot like the alternative.I enjoy your music, & hope to hear you & the guy’s doing the occasional charity gig. I hear that you are quite a rich man as you have saved a ‘mint’ in barber fee’s, I am aiming in the same direction mate!
My point on climate change is that through the centuries our past generations have faced huge challenges also. The situation within the world today relating to climate change and it’s affects on the world as a whole, has through media dramatically affected the way people think and react to problems.
If the countries involved in wars, firstly cannot deal with alternates to world peace, the atmosphere shall be continually bombed and tainted with pollutants. That to me is very obvious. It is a mammoth task to be involved in politics at any level and I commend all that tread these paths.
I don’t know what happened to the supposed ‘Age of Aqaurius’, but I do belive if you truly want to clean up the world, it starts with peace treaties so that we can all work together.
For too long elctoral parties silently war with each other. I would love to see the day when they can all work together for the betterment of Australia and the world.
