I stumbled across Y!A while helping my son with an assignment. I have now connected with many people who are now real-life friends. I have pen-pals in the U.K. and the U.S.
I remember my first B.A. someone had asked for help with an over salted stew. I gave them my mum’s solution of putting in a raw potato! They tried it and it worked! I was buzzed for days thinking that half a world away, I had saved a dinner party….
I just wish those points actually were worth SOMETHING!!
