Comments on: Choose a best answer, prevent a tie!

I have a problem finding info on HOW to select BEST ANSWER.
I found past replies, that say to wait awhile, then a ‘blue’ box “appears” under each answer to acknowledge ‘best answer’, perhaps I missed the Yahoo Answers instructions?
